A Multiphase Development

Troy Business Park, is intended to be developed as a long-term multiphase project - with an interval of 1-2 years between each 5 phases.

The whole project with a total building area of 175.000 sqm is broken down into 5 phases which makes the whole project to be implemented more effectively. This will also provide flexibility in the construction logistics, and it will enable legal teams, construction teams and the machinery to be used efficiently. First and foremost, phasing provides an opportunity for the development to optimize the financial position of the project.

TBP PHASE I COMPLETED IN Oct. 2004

Phase I includes a built-to-suit style warehouse and office complex - on the south east side of TBP, with a building area of 12.000 sq. m. on the foot area of 10.000 sq. m.
